It can be bubblegum, as in the pic above, or it can be regular old chewing gum. I became an avid chewer of gum when I realized that the peppermint found in many types of gum helps me concentrate. (No, seriously, this is a thing. It’s not just speculation. Scientific research has been done on it!) So when I found out that it’s a concentration aid, I was all about the peppermint-flavored gum.
Since then, I’ve branched out into different types of gum, of course, but peppermint Orbit still remains my favorite.
